iPhone XR with mophie juice pack air UniDock 24
When using iPhone XR devices with mophie juice pack air battery cases in a UniDock 24, devices will not appear in ports 17-24. This occurs on both Mac and PC with devices not appearing in the System Profile or Device Manager. Datamation has a fix in firmware version 1.82. Please contact Datamation Systems support for more information. GroundControl Supports firmware 1.82 in our 4.9.2 Launchpad and above.
