Organizing Workflows

Created: Modified: Knowledge Base

On the Workflows page, choose the way in which your Workflows are compartmentalized for your company using the Organize feature. With this component, you can:

  • Create folders and rename them.
  • Move Workflows into and out of those folders.
  • Delete Workflows in bulk.

The Organize feature is helpful for the categorization of different deployments, as it makes them easier to classify and deploy.

At any point, click Rename to rename the folder.

Although you can create and utilize folders, Workflows can both exist in and outside of them. To move your Workflow(s) go to the Workflows tab > Organize > Select desired Workflow(s) > and click Move:

NOTE: The ‘Top Level’ will keep the selected Workflows above and outside of the folders you have created.

Drag and drop different Workflows into another folder. To utilize this feature, make sure you access your Workflows tab > Click Organize > select the Workflows you wish to move by dragging and dropping, and hover over the name of the other folder you wish to move it/them to:

To delete Workflows in bulk, select the desired Workflows you wish to delete and click OK.

IMPORTANT: You cannot delete a folder that has Workflows in it.
